The HEPPY project, Healthcare: Parents Pathways and functional profile, is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo Da Vinci – Development of Innovation sub programme.

The project, which started in November 2011, is implemented through a consortium of 9 organizations in 6 European countries and has a total duration of 2 years.

Projectize joined the consortium as the technology partner to provide an interactive collaboration and e-learning infrastructure to all participants which total over 180 individuals Europe-wide.

The objectives of the HEPPY project are:

• To identify best practices in the field of home care assistance
• To collect experiences of home health assistance providers and patients
• To develop a training programme for professional health providers
