For a third year in a row, Omar Zein, partner at Projectize, was invited by the Project Management Institute to present his white paper at the PMI^® EMEA Global Congress.

The congress is an annual event organised by the PMI^® to address the latest developments in the project and programme management fields. This year, the event was held in Marseille, France between the 7th and 9th of May.

Omar's white paper which is title "Cultural Complexities in Multinational Projects", discusses the national cultures' impact on international project management and takes from his and others’ international management experiences to address the cultural complexities observed in international projects while suggestsing how management approaches could be adapted to minimize conflicts and make the best use of the projects' cultural mix.
